Terms & Conditions


A minimum of 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of your appointment fee may be charged.

If you recurrently cancel appointments then I may ask for a 50% deposit upfront for any future appointments. This will come off the final bill.

Payment & Deposits

Payments are to be made by cash or card. All payments must be settled before I Leave.

Cheques are not accepted.

If you are over 5 miles away, I may charge slightly more to cover the cost of fuel.

Skin testing

Skin tests are required at least 48 hours before a colour application. If any reaction occurs then I will not be able to go ahead with the colour process.
